This probably goes without saying for you all but if not don't come crying to me in future saying you werent told..................
Been doing a few miles of late which obviously means pounding the legs and feet (I'm not the daintiest of runners). Just thought the extra soreness was due to upping the mileage.
So anyhoo, today went out for another decent run...........in my new trainers........ and low and behold the aftermath wasn't half as bad!
There's probably one of two reasons for not changing trainers (a) you're tight (e.g. bob/dickie) or (b) you're a plonker (e.g. reg/larry/bryce) or i suppose (c) both of the above (e.g. moi).
Keep dem der trainers fresh amigos! |

another top tip,if you see a pair of the trainers that you use on some website that looks as if it's from some third world country and are half the price they should be,don't buy them as their going to fall apart within a month.i'll not mention anybodies name here.larry, your secret is safe mate! bryce |

42 Bob or in old money 7 to 7 1/2.
Lets just say they are big enough to kick a certain individual's ass. |

Have new ones still in their box and they need a good run out....I was going to lend them to you but now that you and Bryce are going to battle at the next Duathlon I wouldnt want you to have any excuses with having to break a new pair of trainers in and slowing you down.... |
