Adult : 250m swim / 15k cycle / 5k run
Youth 13-15 yrs: 400m swim / 2k run
Junior 10-12 yrs: 200m swim / 1k run
ALL
competitors MUST sign on at registration
Entry fees: Adults: £10
each per race. Under 18's: £5
each per race.
- To enter you must complete an entry form and provide payment at registration
on the day of the event
- Entry forms available below or at registration.
- All races will be held under Triathlon Ireland rules.
- Hardshell helmets MUST be worn during the cycle sections.
- You must bring your own roadworthy bike - it will be checked!
- Races will have medical cover
